The Problem
The customer created a product that can observe exocytosis. Exocytosis is a process by which cells release compounds to the body and is associated with the way glands produce and release hormones. JET was asked to develop software that would help the customer’s product visualize and analyze data collected.
The Solution
JET developed LabVIEW software that can display data as well as images collected. The software archives the data and allows the user to navigate in real time. It is capable of analyzing images, comparing data across events, and comparing the results.
The Outcome
JET has worked closely with the customer to develop requirements and a data analysis package customized to their product. The customer is advancing academic research.
