The client did not have the engineering skill set nor the capacity to generate an efficient and productive test for a new infotainment product. The product was a collaborative effort between OEM and a Tier One supplier, so deliverable deadlines were crucial.
JET assisted the customer with the setup, reverse engineering, documentation, startup and use of an infotainment test system by providing engineering support and consulting services. Assistance included the following:
- Refactored custom HIL test software for new requirements
- Determined Network Infrastructure
- Created all documentation on Infotainment capabilities
- Trained customer on tools and system operation using curriculum purpose built for the system
JET served as a critical conduit between OEM and the supplier, improving the communication between all stakeholders.
